Here at Mitea we understand how important it is for you to have affordable, fair and fast shipping options. Like you we also love to shop online, this is why we ship your order fast, charge a flat rate per order and give you the choice between:
Standard Local Shipping up to 500g: $7.50 – 3-7 business days. This parcel post is tracked automatically through Australia Post.
Express Shipping up to 500g: $11.50 – 1-3 business days. This shipping option comes with tracking and is recommended if you wish to receive your parcel early.
Free Delivery: orders over $100 are delivered free. (via Express Post).
Same Day Order Dispatch: We know how important it is for you to receive your order quickly so all orders made before 2pm EST are dispatched the same day! (Mon-Fri excl. public holidays). Orders made after this time will be dispatched the next business day.
Order Tracking: If you have chosen to receive your order via post with tracking - you will receive notification via email when your order is shipped and we will give you a tracking number so that you can track your order online at Australia Post.
*If you are at work during weekdays we recommend that you have your order delivered to your workplace if possible.
Parcels returned by post office
If for any reason your order is sent back to our offices by Australia Post, for example you gave us an incorrect address or failed to collect your parcel, you will have to pay to have your parcel re-sent.
Unfortunately, we do not ship out of Australia at this time due to different requirements for each country and their tax and importing laws.
You may return all new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit (shipping costs are non-refundable). We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (eg: you received an incorrect item, etc.) otherwise it is your responsibility to organise and pay for return shipping. You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks of returning your item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. You can exchange all new, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. It is your responsibility to organise return shipping to us and to also pay shipping costs of the exchanged item back out to you.
If you live in the vicinity of Maitland you can choose to pick up your order from our home office in East Maitland. Just place your order online and choose the "pick up" option at the shipping stage of checkout. We will email you when your order is ready to pick up with further instructions, this will be within 24hrs (Mon-Fri, Ex. Public Holidays). Please note that our office is only available for pickup orders placed online, we cannot take orders in person. Orders not collected after 1 week will be cancelled and the order refunded minus a $5 restocking fee.
