• Ingredients: Valerian Root, Chamomile, Rooibos, Peppermint, Cornflower Petals, Lemongrass & Ginger & Hibiscus
• Brew: 1 teaspoon per 250mls at 90◦C for up to 5 minutes – can leave the brew soaking if you wish
• Serve: Best on it's own
• Flavour: Sweet chamomile and valerian root with a peppermint after taste
• Properties: Detox, antioxidant. Aids in relaxation and gets you ready for a good night sleep
