• Ingredients: Organic Ceylon Black Tea, Cinnamon Chips & Dried Apple Pieces
• Brew: Hot -  1 teaspoon per 250mls at 90-100◦C for 4 minutes
• Serve: On its own – hot
• Flavour: Sweet apple and cinnamon
• Properties: Detox, antioxidant, warming, relaxing
• Storage: Cool dark pantry in an airtight container or tin
• Caffeine Free: No
