Brew: 1 teaspoon per 250mls at 75◦C for up to 2-4 minutes
Serve: Best served on it's own to enable its flavour to shine through
Storage: Cool dark pantry in an air tight container or tin

Green tea is the most commonly used base flavor for jasmine tea, but depending on which type of tea is used as a base, different antioxidant properties can be accessed. For example, black tea has high levels of theaflavins, while green tea has high levels of catechins, but they have similar effects on the body.
