Smokey Brisket & Steak Rub
Our Smokey Brisket Rub can be used on a variety of meats including: steak, ribs, beef, lamb roasts, port, chicken and even fries and vegetables.
Brisket - try smothering your brisket in a sweet mustard, then apply our brisket rub liberally. This creates the crust which locks in the moisture. We prefer to smoke our brisket, but you can also cook your meat in a closed BBQ or oven.
Spicy BBQ Meat Rub
Our Spicy BBQ Meat Rub is great on all red meats, fries and vegetables.
Steak - pat your favourite meat dry, apply our BBQ spice rub moderately and cook on the BBQ grill.
Fresh Cut Fries - add your fresh cut fries to a bowl, add a goode splash of olive oil to coat, sprinkle over some BBQ spice, cook in the oven.
Banging Burger Seasoning
Add our Burger Seasoning to your mince or over your favourite oven cooked vegetables.
Burgers - create your favourite mix, add our seasoning, roll and cook on the pan.
Fresh Cut Fries or Vegetables - add fresh cut fries and or your vegetables, or both to a bowl, add a good splash of olive oil to coat, sprinkle over our burger seasoning and cook in the oven.
Southern Chicken Spice Rub
Chicken - Prepare your chicken snitzel strips, by cutting in slithers or bashing it out with a meat hammer. Coat in an egg wash then flour that has been previously prepared with our Southern Chicken Spice added, fry off in oil. Also greast on chicken wings or vegetables which have been prepared in the same way.
Herbal Seafood Rub
Whole Fish - buy a whole fish and prepare the inside with slices of tomato, red onion, lemon (rind on), garlic and our Herbal Seafood Rub. Add a little extra spice on the outside of your fish, sqeeze a lemon all over and a squirt of olive oil, wrap in foil and bake in the oven.
These are just a few ways to use our rubs.
All rubs come in a shaker jar which hold a good volume.
